| Watchdog functionality added to SmartLink to reset video if necessary | |||

| A watchdog was added to the SmartLink to check the current state of the system every second. This was added to address problems some users have encounted with the video chip registers being reset periodically. Additional command line control has been added. #WV+ will enable automatically reconfiguring the video chip if an error has occurred (the default setting) #WV- will disable the auto-reconfigure When the auto-reconfigure occurs the monitor will likely make a clicking sound and the image will jump around. If running a debug compilation of SmartLink the resets can also be monitored by entering #Yd256 over a terminal connection. | |||

| The image display on the smartlink can be configured to show the image only or the inspection results. Choose to display inspection results in the image parameters page when setting up the project. Note, where you drew the softsensor will not be shown since it is related to the FrameWork user interface. | |||

| When using the DeviceNet SmartLink and Think & Do software, the EDS file should not be loaded into the Think & Do master software. The master will automatically find the SmartLink and establish communications. | |||
